Okay.

So I figured that I would write one last post…

Its bitter sweet, me getting “voted out”

Listen: I don’t want to bash this competition but in some ways I definitely feel like so far, a certain “judge” has been pretty bias towards his favorite competitor; and if he says he doesn’t favor him, he is full of it, if you just look at all of the past videos you would notice quite a pattern going on. Thus, the sweet side to getting voted out :] All in all though, Pretty good experience. I SUPPOSE.

But,

I am glad my favorite competitor Carlos is still in the competition!  I am going to make sure that all of my votes go straight to him…

and…Ugh! That presentation for Goth Diva was soooo hard, I was so sick throwing up all day that day, but I tried not to let it show, although my presentation DEFINATELY showed it I think. It sucked. enough said

Oh Well I guess I cant really take it back.

and, I think everyone did great as usual.

I am and always will be pretty happy with my “Goth Diva” piece, I still honestly feel like it is/was the MOST CREATIVE/DIFFERENT piece of the bunch and I will never say that I didnt Try. I made a piece that I am proud of mixed with photography from a photoshoot that I art directed *** Thats pretty cool.

PLUS,

I can totally use this piece for my Materials class for my final!! YAY!

***Just to be clear also, I didnt take those pictures I used. haha, I WOULDNT WANT TO TAKE CREDIT FOR ANYONE’S WORK!!! even if its something as simple as pictures, someone elses logo, Anything! Always just give credit.

A girl {Not saying any names or anything} feels the strong need to gossip and spread rumors about me. the reason being?>>>WHO KNOWS!?! because I definately do not understand this one guys!! I have been absolutely nothing but nice to her, consoling her when something tragic happened, gave her rides to places. Its just sort of sad… and I hope she is getting a kick out of it. Enjoy it while you can SKore!

Hey Guys,

Here it is…My FIRST blog post!! Aren’t you all excited?!? haha.

If you would have told me about 3 months ago that I would be in this crazy competition with these other awesome designers, I would have been like “whatev! I would never do this competition, I don’t have time blah blah blah” NOW, i still say I don’t have time, and I am constantly battling the strict time restraints…but I’m still trying and I hope you all appreciate that

So, We are now done with the first show and the first Concept; “Havana Days” I think I did OKAY, my presentation skills are totally weak. My piece was good but the “judges” failed to really grasp a strong hold on my concept, or, apparently lack there of a concept :/ Dude! My time making that piece was stressful as hell, I feel like I over thought things. I feel like my concept was there, but Obviously it was too obscure and I just didn’t explain it well enough. I think the judges were completely right for the most part, I DO make my presentations kind of “negative” as Kate said and I definitely see what Charles was talking about with the culture on the side of my piece; I was questioning that same thing before I handed my piece in, although I handed it in Anyway…eh, bad move, Oh well.

Today is the last day to vote, so, if your feelin’ it and ya wanna see me in it…VOTE! if not…DON’T!
